Today’s WOD was tough but I was excited to see weightlifting featured!
My best 1 lift max for Push Press was 32.5kg, I tried 35kg and failed – a goal for next time!
I can’t remember what my time was for the metcon but I know it was hard as I did a 20kg push press and started with push-ups on toes until my foot got too sore and I scaled down to push-ups on knees. Overall an excellent start to Tues!
