A new PB tonight! Last time we did this WOD I got 3 touch-and-go deadlifts at 60kg before my wrist gave out. Tonight I got 70kg!!!

I’m still not running/too much pressure on my foot so my metcon was:

400m row
15 x 12kg kettle bell squats
15 x 12 kg kettle bell swings
15 push-ups on knees
