Today’s WOD looked pretty easy on wodify…. But the reality was it was hard yakka! I’m back to running as my foot is beginning to feel a lot better. However I noticed today during my run my foot was hurting & my opposite knee was sore as it obviously was over-compensating to help the sore foot. However I’m confident that with time and patience I’ll be back to running like before. I need to focus on running my own race & pacing myself (I need to underline pacing about a million times).
