It’s Friday, Friday, Friday!

Detox Day 3 can be summed up as follows:

  • Dog walk
  • Good breakfast (sausage and eggs)
  • More Chilli for lunch
  • DONUTS……

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Ridge Forrester is back tomorrow morning after 3 weeks away so whatever extra calories I’ve eaten I’m sure we’ll find ways to burn them off *wink.
